I was gifted with the creative assignment of designing this show's visual look, logo, set designs, all graphix plus celebrity portraits 4 their weekly tributes.

When called, I told the producers that I never created a TV series B4.

They said: "That's why you're perfect! You're not jaded. We just luv your style & original take on projects. So, just create & we'll give you a tech staff, a camera crew & we'll figure how 2 manifest what you envision! Can you start today?"

How could I resist? Y would I resist such a fun offer?

I went home 2 pack & was flown 2 Nashville 2 soak up country music culture... what a blast!

On the flight home, I decided 2 sketch out several patterns 4 stained glass graphix that we could use as a logo plus integrate as foregrounds & backgrounds & segment Ntros... then chromo-key performers N2 images. I wasn't 2 sure how 2 do what I envisioned... but I've learned: If U can C it, U can do it.

True, I never created stained glass pieces (N this Life) but I'm a fast self-learner, so I gave it a shot & it worked!

I was also asked 2 create 26 portraits N quick time 4 our weekly tributes... here's a sampling.

Tho I was a bit unfamiliar with country music when I was offered this opportunity, I quickly embraced it! 'Twas an exhilarating hoot! Especially the late nite jamming parties we all (Crew & Celebs) enjoyed after every taping (2 shows a day for 13 consecutive days!) with the wonderful likes of Mickey Gilley, Jimmy Webb & so many terrific talents!

I am still passionate about country music, the heart & soul of the performers & their songs plus the passion & loyalty of their admirers.
